Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy for non-perishable items, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. The returned items will be at the customer's expense. Apex Lane recommends using Registered post as any returns lost, stolen or damaged will be the customers responsibility. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please see our list below to check eligibility for the return:

  • The item must be in the original packaging
  • The item must be in the same condition as you received it
  • The item must not be damaged by incorrect installation or maintenance.
  • The customer must provide proof of purchase.

Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange for perishable items unless there is a quality issue.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the details needed to proceed with your return.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
Exchanges are possible if the same item is available or an equivalent product and at our discretion. Apex Lane will replace items if they are damaged. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
