Shipping policy

Please be aware there may be shipping delays due to extreme weather events.

We use Australia Post and Fast Way Couriers to deliver your products purchased from our online store.  We strive to get your order picked, packed and out the door as soon as possible.

Most deliveries will be shipped the same day however we will endeavor to meet a maximum 48 hour dispatch time for all orders and you will be sent a notification once it has left our dispatch warehouse.  Once it leaves our QLD warehouse it will take between 1 to 5 business days to be delivered to your location.  Deliveries to remote locations can experience longer delivery times. 

If you place your order on a weekend or a public holiday, it will be processed the next business day.  There may be some shipment delays following public holidays.

We pride ourselves in getting your orders dispatched in full and on time, but sometimes this is outside our hands as we use third party delivery partners.  Should your order extend beyond the expected 5 business days delivery timeframe, please reach out to us on email: hello@apexlane.com.au

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to release our carriers from any liability relating to loss of, damage to, late delivery or non-delivery of any goods you order from this website and to assign all rights to claim, compensation or insurance against our carriers to us and expressly and irrevocably do when you place an order on our website.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping cost is a standard flat rate of $12.00. Free standard shipping cost applies for any orders over $60. Free express shipping cost applies for any orders over $200. A higher shipping cost will apply for heavy and bulky items such as coffee machines.
